Security incidents

If you identify a security incident on the network, there are several options available to you to report it:

If it’s an emergency, call 000 and speak to a member of staff (where present)
If the incident is not an emergency, you can report it to a member of staff (where present), or to Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

Level crossing safety

To report level crossing faults or safety incidents call 1800 079 303.
