EMU layout description

Overall train layout:

Three car train, carriage one is on the left, carriage two in the middle and carriage three is on the right. An arrow shows the train can run in either direction.

Carriage seating layout:

From left to right, from one end of the train to other end. Both sides of the train are the same unless stated.

Carriage 1 

  • Drivers cab on end of train 
  • On one side there is: 
    • One row of twin seats facing towards the first set of doors 
    • One pull down seat on the wall 
    • An allocated space with two pull down seats on the wall 
  • On the opposite side there is: 
    • Twin sets of seats facing each other to make a four seat area 
    • An allocated space 
  • Train doors on both sides 
  • On one side there is an allocated space with two pull down seats with a twin set of inward facing priority seats on the opposite side 
  • Twin sets of seats facing each other to make a four seat area 
  • Two rows of twin seats facing towards the first set of doors 
  • Twin sets of seats facing each other to make a four seat area 
  • Two rows of twin seats facing away from the first set of doors 
  • Twin sets of seats facing each other to make a four seat area 
  • Twin set of inward facing priority seats  
  • Train doors on both sides 
  • Twin set of inward facing priority seats
