The South East Queensland (SEQ) network map displays Queensland Rail's train lines:
- The Ferny Grove line starts in the northwest and runs through Brisbane city, southeast to the Beenleigh line.
- The Caboolture/Sunshine Coast line starts in the north and runs through Brisbane city, southwest to the Ipswich/Rosewood line.
- The Redcliffe Peninsula line starts in the northeast runs through the city, and southwest to the Springfield line.
- The Shorncliffe lines start in the northeast, through the city, and run southeast to the Cleveland line.
- The Airport line runs from the east, through the city, and then heads southeast to the Gold Coast line.
- The Doomben line runs from the east into Brisbane city.

Ferny Grove and Beenleigh lines
From Ferny Grove in the northwest into the city: The Ferny Grove line runs from Ferny Grove, Keperra, Grovely, Oxford Park, Mitchelton, Gaythorne, Enoggera, Alderley, Newmarket, Wilston, Windsor, Bowen Hills, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane Central where it continues along the Beenleigh line.
From the city heading southeast to Beenleigh: The Beenleigh line continues from Brisbane Central to Roma Street, South Brisbane, South Bank, Boggo Road/Park Road, Dutton Park, Fairfield, Yeronga, Yeerongpilly, Moorooka, Rocklea, Salisbury, Coopers Plains, Banoon, Sunnybank, Altandi, Runcorn, Fruitgrove, Kuraby, Trinder Park, Woodridge, Kingston, Loganlea, Bethania, Edens Landing, Holmview to Beenleigh.
Caboolture/Sunshine Coast line and Ipswich/Rosewood lines
From Gympie North in the north heading into the city: The Sunshine Coast line runs through Gympie North, Traveston, Cooran, Pomona, Cooroy, Eumundi, Yandina, Nambour, Woombye, Palmwoods, Eudlo, Mooloolah, Landsborough, Beerwah, Glasshouse Mountains, Beerburrum, Elimbah and Caboolture; where it meets the Caboolture line.
The Caboolture/Sunshine Coast line continues from Caboolture, to Morayfield, Burpengary, Narangba, Dakabin, Petrie, Northgate, Eagle Junction, Bowen Hills, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane Central, where it continues along the Ipswich Rosewood line.
From the city heading southwest to Rosewood: The Ipswich/Rosewood line continues from Brisbane Central to Roma Street, Milton, Auchenflower, Toowong, Taringa, Indooroopilly, Chelmer, Graceville, Sherwood, Corinda, Oxley, Darra, Wacol, Gailes, Goodna, Redbank, Riverview, Dinmore, Ebbw Vale, Bundamba, Booval, East Ipswich, Ipswich where it meets the Rosewood line.
The Rosewood line continues from Ipswich to Thomas Street, Wulkuraka, Karrabin, Walloon, Thagoona to Rosewood.
Redcliffe Peninsula and the Springfield lines
From Kippa-Ring in the northeast heading into the city: The Redcliffe Peninsula line runs from Kippa-Ring to Rothwell, Mango Hill East, Mango Hill, Murrumba Downs, Kallangur, Lawnton, Bray Park, Strathpine, Bald Hills, Carseldine, Zillmere, Geebung, Sunshine, Virginia, Northgate, Eagle Junction, Bowen Hills, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane Central, where it continues along Springfield line.
From the city heading southwest to Springfield Central: The Ipswich/Rosewood line continues from Brisbane Central to Roma Street, Milton, Auchenflower, Toowong, Taringa, Indooroopilly, Chelmer, Graceville, Sherwood, Corinda, Oxley, Darra, Richlands, Springfield and Springfield Central.
Shorncliffe and Cleveland lines
From the Shorncliffe in the northeast heading into the city: The Shorncliffe line runs from Shorncliffe to Sandgate, Deagon, North Boondall, Boondall, Nudgee, Banyo, Bindha, Northgate, Nundah, Toombul, Eagle Junction, Wooloowin, Albion Bowen Hills, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane Central, where it continues along the Cleveland line.
From the city heading southeast to Cleveland: The Cleveland line continues from Brisbane Central, Roma Street, South Brisbane, South Bank, Boggo Road/Park Road, Buranda, Coorparoo, Norman Park, Morningside, Cannon Hill, Murarrie, Hemmant, Lindum, Wynnum North, Wynnum, Wynnum Central, Manly, Lota, Thorneside, Birkdale, Wellington Point, Ormiston to Cleveland.
The Airport and Gold Coast lines
From the Airport in the east into the city: The Airport line runs from the Airport (Domestic) to Airport (International), Eagle Junction, Wooloowin, Albion, Bowen Hills, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane Central, where it continues along the Gold Coast line.
From the city heading southeast to Varsity Lakes: The Gold Coast line continues from Brisbane Central, Roma Street, South Brisbane, South Bank, Boggo Road/Park Road, Altandi, Loganlea, Beenleigh, Ormeau, Coomera, Helensvale, Nerang, Robina, and Varsity Lakes.
The Doomben line
From Doomben in the east into Brisbane city: The Doomben line runs from Doomben, Ascot, Hendra, Clayfield, Eagle Junction, Wooloowin, Albion, Bowen Hills, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane Central and to Roma Street.
Future lines and stations – under construction
- The Cross River Rail project is a new 10.2 km rail line with twin tunnels running under the Brisbane River and city. There will be four new underground stations at Boggo Road, Woolloongabba, Albert Street and Roma Street. The project will also deliver a new above ground station at Exhibition and rebuild seven suburban stations between Dutton Park and Salisbury. It also includes the construction of three new stations on the Gold Coast line at Pimpama, Merrimac and Hope Island. For more information please visit the Cross River Rail website.
