Annual reports
The Queensland Rail's annual reports provide a comprehensive insight into our operations, performance, and aspirations.
Queensland Rail believes in full disclosure and accountability. Our annual reports provide our customers, employees, government, and the communities in which we operate with a review of our operations.
Queensland Rail's functions are detailed in section 9 of the
Queensland Rail Transit Authority Act 2013 (Qld) and Queensland Rail discharges its statutory functions through its wholly owned subsidiary Queensland Rail Limited (QRL). QRL does not employ any personnel but owns all non-employee related aspects and contracts. It performs the role of rail transport operator under the Rail Safety National Law.
Strategic plans
Queensland Rail releases a strategic plan each financial year. The strategic plans provide a five-year organisational view of Queensland Rail's performance criteria, key priorities, risks, and key result areas.
