​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​At Queensland Rail, we are working with the Department of Transport and Main Roadsto expand and improve our rail network to meet the increasing demands of our growing state.

As part of the State Government’s Queensland Infrastructure Plan, we are undertaking extensive works to deliver new lines, stations and introduce new trains to our network.

With more than 40 million customer journeys​​ travelled each year, Queensland Rail is dedicated to improving the customer experience and has a large program of works to support this. Our station upgrade and renovation projects are aiming to deliver enhanced levels of safety, security and comfort for our customers.

We're pleased to advise that Lindum and Morningside stations are now open to customers and services, following life changing accessibility upgrades. There will be ongoing works at both stations as we work towards finalising all the new features.​
